Since July 2023, Ellerman’s Polish Express (iPEX) short sea service has dramatically improved Adriana Furniture’s UK and Irish distribution, delivering exceptional results across key logistics metrics:

• Lead times to Ireland cut from 32 days to just 6, achieving delivery parity with the UK.
• 100% on-time performance during the peak Christmas 2024 season.
• Rapid rebookings and reroutes within hours, enhancing supply chain agility.
• A closed-loop, circular supply chain model, with raw materials shipped back to Poland.
• Over 50% reduction in CO₂ emissions compared to traditional road freight.

By shifting freight from road to sea, the partnership has significantly lowered the carbon footprint of Adriana’s supply chain – without compromising speed, flexibility, or reliability. The model offers a compelling vision for sustainable growth in retail logistics.
