Ellerman City Liners is excited to announce the addition of their two long-term chartered 1400 TEU vessels from the renowned German shipping company, Reederei Elbdeich.

The vessels, currently named Elbtower & Elbbridge departed from the Far East to Europe mid-September, and are currently integrating into Ellerman’s network this month. While the Elbtower is joining the INEX service connecting Iberia with United Kingdom and Netherlands, jointly operated with CMA CGM, the Elbbridge will be operating the United States East coast service (USX).

In keeping with Ellerman’s long-standing tradition of vessel names, the company plans to rename both ships during a naming ceremony in the United Kingdom in spring 2025. These new additions underscores Ellerman City Liners’ unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled shipping services across Europe, ensuring that their customers benefit from reliable, efficient, and top-tier maritime logistics.
